This picture represents me because I am involved in Cross Country. I enjoy running it makes me fell good and it keeps my mind off of stressful things. I run about every day besides Saturday. I don't run on Saturdays so my muscles' can relax. I usually run anywhere from 3.1 to 6 miles during the week. In my opinion I think that Cross Country takes a lot of dedication to even attempt. When you are a runner so many health related things come into play. One would be that you have to eat healthy and when doing so you have to watch your carbs, which give you energy. Another thing you have to know about is your body itself. If you do not know how to stretch right or don't know how to fix certain problems then you are not going to make it. That is only just a few things about Cross Country that you have to watch, so when you see a Cross Country runner tell them they are doing a good job.
